TUBULAR STEEL PILE / CASING

These tubular piles are used extensively as foundation pile for high rise buildings, bridges, wharf pier, offshore marine structures and others which require large bearing capacity foundation. The steel grade used are normally complying to BS EN10025 S355 or JIS G3101 Grade SS41/50.

The steel piles are manufactured in accordance to BS, JIS, DIN or ASTM standards ranging from 406 to 3100mm diameter in 12m or longer if required.

JOINTS AND ACCESSORIES

ON-SITE JOINTS

When longer steel pipes are required, two or more steel piles are jointed by welding at the work site.

REINFORCING BAND

Reinforcing bands are installed only at the pile tip and on the outer surface of a pile

l = 200mm – 300mm or as specified

l0 = 25mm or as specified
